Delivery Information

Destinations                                           

United Kingdom:

  • Orders will be dispatched by 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
  • Items ordered Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, excluding Company Holidays (details of these will be posted on our Home page).
  • Out of stock items will be placed on Back Order and supplied within 10 days. If this is not acceptable we will happily refund the cost of the missing item(s).
  • All costs incurred by Herbs 4 Healing will be passed to the customer in the event of an item being returned to us by the courier as a result of a failed delivery. The sum  charged to the customer or deducted from any refund will be equivalent to the delivery charge plus a £1 handling fee.
  • Please ensure you supply us with a delivery address that is both valid, and where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

 

European Union:

  • Orders will be dispatched by Standard Airmail.
  • Items ordered Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, excluding Company Holidays (details of these will be posted on our Home page).
  • Out of stock items will be placed on Back Order and supplied within 10 days. If this is not acceptable we will happily refund the cost of the missing item(s).

 

Other European Destinations:

  • Herbs 4 Healing reserve the right to reject orders received from countries outside the European Union. Rejected orders will be refunded in full.
  • Before placing your order please contact us at sales@herbs4healing.co.uk for approval.
  • Herbs 4 Healing cannot be held responsible for local regulations which may affect the importing of health products into your country. All such shipments are therefore at the customers own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any local duties, release fees etc. Also if any specific requirements exist, such as triplicate invoices, specific notices to be visible outside the package, it is incumbent on the customer to pass that information to us when placing their order.

 

Rest of the World:

  • We regret that we are unable to ship products to countries outside Europe at this time.
  • Any orders mistakenly submitted will be refunded in full.
