Ingredients: Wintergreen essential oil, Sunflower oil, Menthol, extracts of Comfrey root, Ginger, Cayenne, Arnica flowers, St. John's Wort flowers and Calendula flowers.
For joint or muscle pain, stiffness or inflammation. Also nerve pain or neuralgia and gout. The remedy works internally to help remove irritating acids and crystalline matter, sooth inflammation and improve mobility.
Use alongside external applications of Deep Heat Oil for pain relief and to speed repair.
Ingredients: Spirit, extracts of Devil's Claw, White Willow bark, Bog bean, Nettles and Prickly Ash.
Indications: painful or stiff joints, inflammation, arthritis, rheumatism, muscular rheumatism, myalgia or muscle pain and inflammation, gout, back pack, sciatica, neuralgia or nerve pain.
Arthritic and rheumatoid conditions are often caused by the build-up of salts and acids within the joints and tissues as a result of incorrect diet. Avoid or reduce intake of acid-forming foods e.g. meat, dairy, white flour products, sugar, processed foods, tea and coffee. A healthy diet consisting of mainly fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains and pulses is recommended.
