Indications: painful or stiff joints, inflammation, arthritis, rheumatism, muscular
rheumatism, myalgia or muscle pain and inflammation, gout, back pack, sciatica, neuralgia
or nerve pain.
Arthritic and rheumatoid conditions are often caused by the build-up of salts and acids within the joints and tissues as a result of incorrect diet. Avoid or reduce intake of acid-forming foods e.g. meat, dairy, white flour products, sugar, processed foods, tea and coffee. A healthy diet consisting of mainly fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains and pulses is recommended.
