Terms and Conditions of Trade
All orders are accepted subject only to these Terms and Conditions which are not variable by any individual or party acting in any capacity whatsoever for or on behalf of themselves or Herbs 4 Healing Ltd (hereinafter called ‘The Company’.
Destination: Internet orders are currently accepted from countries within the European Union only. For other European countries please contact us at contact@herbs4healing.co.uk for approval before placing your order.

Contract: A purchase made from The Company (whether made online, by telephone, using the Company’s order form, by written instruction or other means) shall be deemed as the contract in which the customer acting as the purchaser agrees these terms and conditions.
Specifications: Due to constant product development and the availability of quality herbs on the world market the Company reserves the right to alter the specification and formula of any product without prior notice.
Prices: The price is in pounds sterling. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Carriage: All delivered goods are subject to a charge for postage and packaging unless waived by the Company. Delivery outside of the United Kingdom will be made via airmail and charged at cost.
Guarantee: Should any of our products be faulty or defective we will gladly exchange them at no extra cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns Policy -
The contract to supply may be cancelled by giving notification to us in writing (including email and facsimile) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods provided the goods are unopened and unused. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation of the contract. Except for faulty goods, the cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by the customer. Failure to return the goods within the period stated will result in us recovering the goods and charging the customer for the cost of doing so. The goods remain the responsibility of the customer until returned and any loss or damage will be charged for. Monies will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Products: The products supplied are natural products subject to a degree of variability. Liquid products may develop sediment after standing which is quite natural and should be mixed back in by shaking before each use. Store in a cool dark place. Dry products, teas, powders and the like should be stored in cool dark air tight containers.
Out of Stock: At the discretion of the Company products which are out of stock at the time of order will be placed on Back Order and supplied at a later date, otherwise the cost of the missing item(s) will be refunded in full.
Herbs 4 Healing Ltd does not diagnose or prescribe. It is not the purpose or intention of Herbs 4 Healing, their Directors, employees or independent distributors to replace the services offered by the medical profession. In choosing to purchase any of the products provided by Herbs 4 Healing without the approval of a qualified healthcare professional, the individual is prescribing for himself/herself and assuming full responsibility for the outcome. It must be advised that herbal remedies may be harmful if used incorrectly. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use immediately and consult your Doctor or a qualified herbalist if symptoms persist.
The product information should not be construed to mean, imply or otherwise indicate that any of these products or programmes will cure any recognised medical condition. It is, however, our firm belief that the body is capable of healing itself and will do so, given the correct conditions. The products and programmes are offered not as a cure, rather, as aids to the body in maintaining or recovering normal, healthy functions.
